This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, their purposes and how you can give, change or withdraw your consent. It is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored to be sent back to those same sites on your next visit. Similar technologies — such as the browser's Local Storage or notification tokens — serve comparable purposes and fall under the same rules.
Technical cookies are essential for the site to work or to provide a service you have requested: they do not require consent. All other cookies are installed only after an explicit choice made in the banner.

3.1 Local Storage
The site uses the browser's Local Storage to hold the contents of your
cart (mp_cart) until you complete or empty the order. This is a
technical function: the data stays on your device and is not used to profile you. You can
delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
3.2 Push notifications
If you have an account and allow notifications from your browser, a device identifier is generated through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Limited), which is required to deliver updates on the status of your orders. It is created only after your explicit permission and you can revoke it from your browser settings.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies (subject to consent)
These are installed only after your consent expressed through the banner, and you can withdraw them at any time.

We use Google's Consent Mode: until you make a choice, these services are loaded with
storage denied and write no cookies. If you withdraw consent, the _ga* cookies
already present are deleted.

5. Third-party services without profiling cookies
Some features of the site require contacting external servers, which for technical reasons receive your IP address. They install no profiling cookies:
- Google Maps Platform (Google Ireland Ltd.) — delivery address search and verification (Places API) and delivery distance calculation. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation) — map images.
- Satispay and GetYourCash — only if you choose the relevant payment method: at payment time you are redirected to their pages, where their own notices apply.
The site's fonts, stylesheets and JavaScript libraries are hosted on our own servers: simply browsing the site sends no requests to third-party CDNs.
6. Cookies we do not use
The site does not use the Meta/Facebook Pixel, the TikTok Pixel or pixels from other social advertising platforms, does not use Hotjar or session recording tools, does not embed YouTube or Vimeo videos and does not use reCAPTCHA.
7. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can review your choices at any time with the Manage cookies button, at the bottom of this page and in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Alternatively you can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Disabling technical cookies stops some site features — account sign-in, cart, checkout — from working.
8. Consent records
In order to demonstrate that your consent was collected, as required by art. 7 of the GDPR, we keep for 24 months the date of the choice, the categories accepted, the policy version and a non-reversible code derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored in clear text.
9. Your rights and contact details
You may exercise the rights set out in articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@taacdelivery.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated. The version in force is always available on this page, together with the date it was last updated. Substantial updates trigger a fresh collection of consent through the banner.
